On June 25, 2019, JSC “Avangard” will host a meeting chaired by Mr. V.V. Spak, Director of the REI Department of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade

The main purpose of the visit is to hold the IV Meeting of the Working Group on Radio Electronics of the Sub-Commission on Cooperation in the Field of Industry in the framework of the Commission for the preparation of regular meetings of the heads of the governments of Russia and China, as well as inspecting and studying the activities of radio electronic industry establishments in St. Petersburg. Additionally, as part of the visit to JSC «Avangard» there will be arranged a meeting with the industry business community representatives, executive authorities of St. Petersburg, industry associations, higher and secondary professional educational institutions.

During the meeting, it is planned to develop a number of recommendations to accelerate the development of the radio electronic complex of St. Petersburg and discuss the most important issues:
- creation of the Design Center «Technologies for the Development and Production of Radio Modules and Equipment by Domestic Trusted Hardware and Software Complexes»;
-development of a program to equip St. Petersburg universities with domestic hardware and software systems for training of the personnel;
- equipping the established Design Center with CAD of the domestic origin;
- drafting of a roadmap for implementation of the Design Center’s developments in the urban infrastructure, as well as using the experience gained in the area of realization of the national projects, such as /Digital Economy», «Education», the scientific and technical program of the Union State «Safety-SG»;
- drafting a program on development of authorized hardware and software systems based on domestic «Elbrus» processors and training of the personnel that will able to operate them at the leading universities in St. Petersburg.
